O.K., now that I have that out of the way, let’s talk about how much hoodia it will take to effectively suppress appetite. You should always buy a quality hoodia product that contains 100% authentic hoodia gordonii, such as Desert Burn or Hoodoba Pure. Products like these are the most potent and the safest to take because they don’t contain anything but authentic hoodia gordonii. Keep in mind we are all wired differently so what works for one person may not work for you. Some feel the effects immediately while others may not feel the effects of hoodia until a week or so of consistently taking it. Give it at least two weeks before you declare it doesn’t work for you.

It’s best to take a diet pill that contains only hoodia gordonii. That way you can increase the hoodia dosage as necessary without the risk of increasing the dosage of other potentially dangerous ingredients.

The best thing you can do when it comes to determining the hoodia dosage that is best for you is to begin with a high quality product. Then start with a low dose and monitor your results and go from there. For most people the effective dose is 3,000mg-4,500mg per day.
